Shipping and Return Policy

At Chocolate Chocolate we guarantee that your order will arrive in good condition at the shipping address provided. If your chocolates are melted or damaged (beyond what is specified for certain items such as the Chocolate Covered Pretzels), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will gladly replace your chocolates or refund you for the purchase amount. We do require photos of the chocolates in the original packaging for replacement or refund. If for any other reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please call us at 202.466.2190 to discuss the matter further.

If your chocolates are rerouted or returned due to incorrect or insufficient address details, we cannot be held responsible for the condition of your chocolates and no replacement or refund with be honored. Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. PLEASE check your address carefully and always include company name, apartment number or suite when applicable. Chocolate Chocolate is not responsible for lost or returned packages or delayed delivery due to incorrect or insufficient address information.

Please note: Orders placed on Friday will ship out on the next business day (usually Monday unless it is a federal holiday). Summer shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
