Are there other ways to order?

What if a shipping container is damaged upon receipt?
Please notify us immediately, within 24 hours of receiving shipment so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.
What is your return policy?
All claims and requests for returns must be made within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Please call us at (888) 466-2190.
All returned items must be in the original packaging.
Returns will only be honored for defects, and must be unused and in the original packaging.
We will not give a credit or refund you for used merchandise.
If you have received a defective item from Chocolate Chocolate, please contact us for return authorization. Please inform us which you prefer: a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise..
